  • To enforce or apply our terms of use for pendar.com.

California Online Privacy Protection Act

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits residents of the State of California to request from certain businesses with whom the California resident has an established business relationship a list of all third parties to which the business, during the immediately preceding calendar year, has disclosed certain personally identifiable information for direct marketing purposes. Pendar does not share personal information about its consumers with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for our response. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the California privacy rights requirements and only information sharing that is covered will be included in our response. 

GDPR Privacy Notice

This notice is for people who are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Our processing of personal data of persons who are in the EEA is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) which is applicable as of May 25, 2018. The GDPR requires that the Company provide certain information to you about your personal data.

Personal information gathered through cookies is used for the purposes described in the Cookies Notice above.  Other than information described in our Cookies Notice, the only information collected through our website is personal information provided voluntarily by visitors for the purpose of receiving additional information about the Company’s products and services.

Generally, the Company processes personal information provided by website visitors on the basis of consent. We may also process personal information on other basis’ permitted by the GDPR such as when processing is in our legitimate interests and it’s not overridden by your rights and applicable laws, or our use of your personal data is necessary to perform a contract or take steps to enter into a contract with you, for example where you apply for a job with us or where you are one of our suppliers or customers; or and when such is necessary for the Company’s compliance with legal obligations.

The Company processes the following information when provided voluntarily by website visitors” name, business, title, email address (business email address is preferred), address, and phone number. We also process automatically-gathered information as described in the Cookies Notice above.

As a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you also have certain data protection rights. The Company aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your personal data.

  • The right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where Pendar relied on your consent to process your personal information.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on third party secure servers behind firewalls.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.
